Notes
- Audio Quality
- We deliver audio files (WAV or MP3) recorded using the narrator’s equipment. Audio is generally provided as RAW (unprocessed) unless otherwise specified.
- About Scripts
- Please prepare a script that has been checked by a native translator. Without proper checking, unnatural expressions or grammatical errors may occur. Depending on the content, we may suggest proofreading or rewriting. Scripts must be submitted in Word or text format. We cannot accept handwritten or scanned documents. If the script contains proper nouns or technical terms, please provide pronunciation guidance.
- Inspection After Delivery
- The inspection period is 7 business days after delivery. If there are misreads, we will re‑record for free. For large‑volume scripts, the inspection period may be adjusted.
- Re‑Recording
- If re‑recording is required due to script changes or additions, extra fees will apply.
- Delivery
- Audio data will be delivered using a file transfer service. File splitting and renaming are not included. If the selected narrator becomes unavailable due to illness, we will promptly arrange a substitute of equal quality.
- Quotation
- Quotes are based on script length, usage, contract terms, delivery schedule, and narrator rates. Additional editing work by home‑recording narrators may require separate consultation.
