Jovette Rivera is an American platinum selling songwriter/arranger/musician with a number one album and two number one DVDs sold in Japan.

He was born in Monterey California, USA, in 1982.

At 11 years old he started playing piano, and soon began composing his own songs. Throughout school he studied feverishly about music software and studio programming.

In 2003 Jovette moved to Los Angeles, and in 2006 was introduced to songwriter/producer, Joey Carbone. Carbone was immediately impressed with Jovette's skills and potential, and signed him to an exclusive songwriter management contract. With Carbone's training and promotion, Jovette was able to debut as a professional composer/arranger with Johnny's Entertainment artist, YA YA YAH. After that he composed for Shonentai's musicals PLAYZONE 2007 and PLAYZONE 2009.

Jovette has since composed/arranged for such superstar artists as KAT-TUN, Jin Akanishi, Wada Akiko, former NEWS and Kanjani 8 members Uchi Hiroki and Kusano Hironori, Korean star Lee Jun Ki, and more. He has also written songs for various Japanese TV commercials and musicals.
