With countless credits as a narrator and actor, Charles — known affectionately as “Chazz” — is a seasoned professional with a warm and approachable personality.
From films and television dramas to commercials and corporate projects, he continues to shine across a wide range of media.

Originating from New Mexico, USA, he graduated from New Mexico State University with a degree in Fine Arts and earned a Master’s in Acting from New York University. He began his career in New York, appearing in stage, film, and television productions, while also contributing to cultural exchange through volunteer work with the Peace Corps in Micronesia and governmental projects.

Currently based in Japan, he is a regular announcer on NHK television and radio programs, while actively performing as an actor. He also works as a narrator for commercials, a special lecturer in university media programs, and an acting instructor at BMT Musical School.
