ダンスの専門学校にてあらゆるダンスの基礎や振付論などを習得。またＮＹ留学や公演運営など経験を重ね、ダンサー・振付師・インストラクターとして活動している。
ダンサーとしては、個人やチームでの大会優勝など受賞多数。ＰＶ・映画・ＤＶＤ・ＴＶ番組などにも出演。ＳＭＡＰやＴＲＦのバックアップダンサーも経験。更なる飛躍の為、日々勉強中。
