The Story Behind the Establishment of Free Wave<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t

In 1989, a phone call from a friend in the U.S. inspired the beginning of our journey. Despite no industry experience, no connections, and no English ability, curiosity and passion led to the founding of Free Wave in 1992 as a foreign-talent agency.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

We named our company \u201cFree Wave\u201d to express our desire to be a free, transformative wave\u2014one that can inspire change in the industry and the world.\nAs we move forward beyond our 34th year, we will continue evolving\u2014unbound by industry norms or fixed ideas.\nHowever, the values we have cherished since our founding will never change: the bonds and trust we share with our clients and talents, our commitment as a talent agency, and our desire to contribute to society through our work.\n\nWe sincerely appreciate your continued support, and we hope you will look forward to the future of Free Wave with even greater expectations.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t

Born in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture.\nIn 1989, appointed as the Japan Office Director of the U.S. corporation Star Dance Connection. Founded Free Wave Co., Ltd. in 1992 as a management agency for foreign dancers and models, later reorganizing it into a corporation in 2003.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

Since then, she has led the company in a wide range of fields\u2014including advertising, TV commercials, film productions, and events\u2014building one of Japan\u2019s leading foreign model agencies. Her personal passion is singing jazz.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t
